The IEC Offices and Apprenticeship Program facilities are located in the heart of downtown Harlingen, Texas. Find either Tyler or Harrison (one-way streets) and drive to the center of town. We are located 2 blocks North of the tall Bank of America building. Our Offices are in the same large building as the VTC Bus Depot on East Monroe Street. This is where Journeyman Electricians are created! The RGV Chapter is 1 of more than 70+ IEC Chapters across the USA. This IEC Chapter includes all of South Texas from Brownsville (Tip of Texas) westward to South Padre Island (Spring Breakers Paradise) and Northward past Raymondville and King Ranch area. Cities include Mission, McAllen, Pharr, San Juan, Edinberg, Donna, Alamo, Elsa, Combes, Weslaco, Mercedes, La Feria, Harlingen, Rio Hondo, Progresso, San Benito, and Brownsville.
